Not only that. There was another incident at KLCC on friday night (13.7.07) - a furious fight broke out between a group of locals and a few middle easterns. Fists and chairs were thrown creating havoc and fear in shoppers and diners alike and at the same time giving bad impression to tourists. No security personnel were to be seen for at least 5 minutes. Wonder whether the worse would arise if they come any later than that. However it seems that the perpetrators were let off the hook easily and they can be seen wandering around happily like thugs soonafter. This happened right in front of the surveillance camera. I believe KLCC management owes shoppers and diners an apology for its in ineffectiveness in handling the matter promptly and with justification. I happened to ask the security personnel on any action taken against the rioters, but he rudely replied "I dont know. I just came in". How could this happen in a world class shopping mall??!!!
